Mandaluyong City Police Station led by the Chief of Police, PSSUPT ARMANDO F BOLALIN, provided route and area security to the opening of IWA Water Loss Conference held at about 10:00 AM, of February 27, 2012 at EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City. More or less 400 participants composed of foreign and local delegates attended the said conference. Notable personalities were Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan, Chairman, Maynilad Water Services Inc., Mr. Fernando Zobel De Ayala, Chairman, Manila Water Company Inc., PCSUPT FRANCISCO S MANALO, District Director and the His Excellency President BENIGNO S. AQUINO III,  was the guest of honor and speaker.

     And at about 10:05 AM of February 27, 2012, His  Excellency President BENIGNO S. AQUINO III arrived at said hotel and delivered his keynote speech for the attendees and left at around 10:45 AM of the same date.
